I'll let you in on a little secret… My husband and I eloped. The wedding day I wanted for myself just didn't involve a million deadlines, a huge expense or any stress whatsoever.

I'm a bit of a romantic. I think a wedding day should be about freedom. It should be between two people and my part as the celebrant shouldn't be overly intrusive. I'm also practical and know that there is a huge range of reasons why couples would rather a short & sweet marriage ceremony and a quick escape afterwards! Your reasons are your reasons just as your day is your day.

Obviously I'm a fully qualified civil marriage celebrant. I'm also a wife, a mum, a registered nurse and a business woman. I'm open-minded, flexible and a bit of a free spirit and I'd truly like nothing more than to help make your wedding day exactly the one you want, no matter how unconventional it may seem to some people!

Who cares if the no-frills approach isn't everyone's idea of "special". As long as it's yours then you'll have a wedding to remember.
